Meet a passionate salon owner with 38 years of experience, now shifting her focus to hair extension clients. Outside the salon, she mentors aspiring stylists through her beauty school (Key West Beauty Academy) and teaches at Somerset Island Prep. Her salon has a diverse atmosphere, creating a space where creativity and family come together. Tina is supported by her three daughters, who play an integral role in the salon’s ongoing success.

Candice, a senior stylist with 14 years of artistry, is our blonde wizard. A graduate of Aveda Institute in St. Petersburg and a Redken color specialist, she elevates every strand with creativity and talent. Candice's commitment to continuous education shines, and she shares her expertise by teaching future stylists at Key West Beauty Academy. Step into her chair for a blend of experience, passion, and the perfect shade of blonde magic.

Hailing from the Emerald Isle, Lee, with 28 years in the hair and beauty trade, is an award-winning stylist extraordinaire, and known to some, as Ireland's most stylish man! (For real) As a multi-award winner, he's not just a stylist; he's a trendsetter. Lee's precision cutting and corrective color skills have earned him accolades like the British Hairdresser of the Year award, Shaz Award for the make-up and hair industry, and the L’Oréal color trophy. Beyond the chair, Lee imparts his expertise at the Key West Beauty Academy, shaping the next generation of stylists with his unparalleled skill and passion.

A graduate of Key West Beauty Academy, Erica is a rising star in the salon, completing her second year as a licensed stylist and already making an impact. With a passion for growth and a drive to improve every day, she’s quickly become known for her skill, creativity, and dedication to her craft. Her commitment to learning and perfecting new techniques is evident in every style she creates. And if you ever hear a loud laugh or a no-nonsense comment while you’re in the chair, you’ll know it’s just Hairica being her authentic self — straightforward, with a side of sass. She’s a force in the salon, and her potential is only just beginning to shine.

Originally from Texas, Jacque works with grey blending and vibrant lived-in color. As part of the Spoil Me Rotten team, she brings a collaborative approach, contributing to the creative atmosphere of the salon. Jacque continues to learn and develop new techniques every day, elevating both her work and the artistry of beauty.

Christee, wife and mother of three, serves as our Certified Head Spa Technician. A graduate of the Key West Beauty Academy, Christee has a deep passion for scalp and facial care. With numerous certifications in Head Spa techniques and a commitment to continuous education on the latest products and treatments, she is dedicated to enhancing your Head Spa and Facial experience
